Is the roof inspection free?

Yes. Text us or send the form and we'll set up a free roof inspection. You get photos of what we find and a written, itemized estimate.

What areas do you serve?

We work from Pensacola to Panama City and the towns in between, including Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Navarre, Crestview, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, 30A, Freeport, DeFuniak Springs, Panama City.

Do you repair roofs or replace them?

Both. Many storm problems need a targeted repair — shingles, flashing, ridge cap or a leak. When the damage goes beyond a repair, we replace the roof.

How can I tell if my roof has storm damage?

Look for missing, lifted or creased shingles, granules in the gutters, dents on vents and gutters after hail, loose flashing, and water stains on ceilings. Much of it can't be seen from the ground, which is what an inspection is for.

What should I do right after a storm damages my roof?

Stay off the roof, take photos of the damage inside and out, keep water off floors and belongings if it's safe, contact your insurance company if you plan to file a claim, and schedule an inspection.

Will you help with my insurance claim?

We inspect, photograph and give you an itemized estimate. Under Florida law a roofing contractor can't interpret your policy, advise you on coverage, or negotiate or adjust a claim — your insurer or a licensed public adjuster does that. We never waive, pay or rebate a deductible.

Do you handle water damage and mold too?

Yes. When water gets past the roof, we handle drying, moisture control, mold remediation and removing damaged materials, then rebuild framing, drywall, ceilings and floors.

How do I reach you?

Text us from any page on this site, or send the inspection form and we'll reach out.
